Counseling Request Form

Should you ever want private counseling, you can use the form below to request a private session with an instructor.

Counseling calls can be about anything, and will remain entirely confidential as long as the safety of you or another are not called into question.

Membership Referral Form

Do you know someone who would do well in the SCSG? You can use this form to refer them for invitation.

For your referral to be considered, you must meet the following requirements:

  1. The referring individual must be in good standing with the Circle, and

  2. The referring individual must have posted an introduction in the SCSG server.
